National Creamsicle Day Did you know that creamsicles were created entirely by accident? In 1905, an eleven-year-old boy from San Francisco named Frank Epperson made fruit-flavored soda from soda powder and water, which was pretty popular at that time, and used a wooden stick to stir everything together.
